Hi, I’m Lisa
Here to guide you to an energetic, rejuvenated life full of wellness.
I have been involved in “Health” care over 40 years. Introduced to Naturopathic Medicine at age 12, I pursued a career as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and Acupuncture, and have had a very rewarding profession helping individuals regain their health and vitality.
My philosophy on wellness is rooted in the knowledge that true healing encompasses both body and mind, and that there is an inherent connectedness in all things. I emphasize natural approaches and non-invasive techniques, as I believe they empower individuals to reclaim their health in a gentle and sustainable manner. Each person’s wellness journey is unique, and I am passionate about guiding others toward their own paths to well-being.
During my career, I have gained recognition for significant contributions to the field of Naturopathic Medicine through my writing and leadership roles. As an established educator, lecturer, contributing author, as well as Past President of the Association of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia, and numerous board positions; Medical Services Commission, University of Victoria Health Advisory Board, British Columbia Association of Naturopathic Physicians, Canadian Naturopathic Association, Canadian Naturopathic Education and Research Society, Willis Point Community Fire and Safety to name a few.
My roots are island born, and it is a delight to be back home.
